Barcelona right-back Dani Alves and midfielder Yaya Toure will be out for three and two weeks respectively after sustaining injuries in the 2-1 win over Getafe, the club announced on Monday.

Brazil international Alves picked up a muscle tear in his right leg and Ivory Coast star Toure sustained a similar injury to his left leg, the club said.

Centre-backs Gerard Pique and Rafael Marquez will both be suspended after being sent off against Getafe on Saturday, meaning that Barca are looking light defensively ahead of their trip to Atletico Madrid on Sunday.

Coach Pep Guardiola may also have to do without captain Carles Puyol, Pique's regular partner at the heart of the Catalan side's defence, as he is a doubt for the trip to the capital.
